SIX STRINGS - HONEST SONGS - ENDLESS HEART
Country music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by the sounds, stories, and spirit of Australian country music, in a family where live shows, songwriting, and life on the road were just part of everyday life. As the son of Chris Rieger and growing up around iconic Australian country band Simply Bushed, I was lucky enough to experience the energy of live music from a young age — from backstage moments and festival crowds to watching great musicians connect with audiences night after night. Those experiences lit the fire in me and shaped the artist I’m becoming today.
Armed with a guitar and a passion for honest storytelling, I’m building my own path in Australian country music with a sound that blends modern country energy with authentic, real-life songs. Whether it’s a high-energy anthem or a stripped-back acoustic track, I want every song to mean something and every performance to leave people feeling connected to the music.

I’ve always been drawn to the power of great songs and great guitar playing. Influenced by country legends, rock energy, and the Australian storytelling tradition, my music is built around raw emotion, memorable hooks, and the kind of guitar work that can lift the roof off a venue one minute and pull a crowd into a quiet moment the next.
Tamworth Country Music Festival 2026 was the first major step in my journey as an emerging artist. After graduating from the prestigious CMAA Academy of Country Music, I hit the ground running, performing across the festival and soaking up every opportunity to get in front of audiences. From the Fanzone Stage to standout performances at Tamworth Services Club — better known as Diggers — Tamworth gave me my first real taste of life as a full-time performer and confirmed that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.
At the heart of it all, I’m just a songwriter and guitar slinger who loves connecting with people through music. This is only the beginning, and with new music on the way, more stages to hit, and plenty of stories still to tell, I’m excited for what’s ahead.
